How to Back Up an iTunes Library to a DVD

Now, iTunes 7 offers a new way to back up your iTunes library, playlists, and iTunes Store purchases for safekeeping. The "Back Up to Disc" feature saves your media to a blank disc (CD or DVD) and once backed up, iTunes can use your backup disc(s) to automatically restore your iTunes library.

From the "File" menu, choose "Back Up to Disc".
Select the option you want from the resulting dialog and click "Back Up".
Insert a blank disc (CD or DVD) into your computer's optical drive. Now, iTunes will scan the disc and begin burning.

I can't get my blackjack to sync to my laptop. I know before I had disable some items under run -- services.msc but I can't remember what these items are...Does anyone know??? I don't want to have to sit on the phone with Samsung for another 2 hours to figure it out again!!!
